Q1. What is the price range for a home in SaddleCreek? 
A1. Our homes range from $220K to $400K.

Q3. What are the sizes of your homes?
A3. They range from just under 1,200 sq. ft. to around 2,200 sq. ft.

Q5. How much is your HOA and what does that include?
A5. The HOA fees are $65 per month. The HOA manages the community and ensures that everyone complies with the community rules and they take care of all communal areas maintenance and upkeep. You are responsible for looking after and maintaining your own property.

Q7. What utilities are available in SaddleCreek?
A7. Our electricity is unregulated; you can go through Power to Choose to find a provider and plan that works best for you.  We are also a gas community serviced through Atmos Energy.  Our water and trash are managed by Jonah Water.  Cable and internet are managed through Suddenlink​

Q9. How many homes will there be in SaddleCreek once the community is complete?
A9. There will be around 830 single family homes, 230 cluster homes, and 150 townhomes.

Q11. Are you in a municipal utilities district (MUD)?
A11. Yes, we are part of the SE Williamson County MUD #1. The MUD tax is included in the tax rate (2.828%)

Q13. Are you in a flood zone?
A13. No, we are not in a flood zone.
Q2. What size lots do you build on?
A2. We offer a variety of  lot sizes with the most common being  45', 55', and 60' lots. However, we have several lots that are longer, wider, or both!
Q4. What amenities are available?
A4. Swimming pool, fitness center, splash pad, event room with patio access, playground, disc golf course, and miles and miles of hike and bike trails.

Q6. What is the standard flooring?
A6. Flooring options vary by builder. Please contact a sales rep or visit the builder's website for more details.

Q8. What are the schools like?
A8. We have both the elementary school and middle school right next to Saddlecreek. There will be a cut through from Saddlecreek to the schools in the near future. Both these schools are brand new and have state of the art facilities. East View High school is 3.6 miles from Saddlecreek and is a relatively new school that is highly regarded. Georgetown ISD has an excellent reputation.

Q12. How long before the community is 100% complete?
A12. We are projecting to finish in between the next 3 to 5 years. ​
